Selection Criteria:
• You are required to hold an RSA
• Be available to work on evenings and weekends
• Good knowledge of food and wine service
• Capable of delivering and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to handle a busy environment
• Own transportation will be highly regarded
• Energetic, reliable, and outgoing about the hospitality industry
